VoxturTravelWorld.net acts as a third-party travel agency. When you purchase a flight ticket through us, you are ultimately subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the issuing airline. Our role is to facilitate refund requests on your behalf and to process any eligible refunds as quickly as possible.
All refund requests must be made by calling our customer service line at +1 (833) 495-3869 or emailing support@voxturtravelworld.net. We cannot process refund requests initiated solely with the airline without our involvement, as this may affect your refund eligibility through our system.
Refundable tickets (also called "flexible" or "fully refundable" fares) allow cancellation with a full or partial refund of the airfare, subject to the airline's terms. Our service fee is not refundable even on refundable tickets.
Most discounted and promotional fares are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, you will not receive a refund on the airfare portion. However, government-imposed taxes and fees may be refundable — typically $25–$75 per ticket — subject to airline processing fees.
Some tickets allow cancellation with a travel credit or partial cash refund, minus a cancellation penalty. These terms vary by airline and fare class. Your agent will explain the specific terms of your fare at the time of booking.
Basic Economy (or equivalent lowest-tier) fares are typically fully non-refundable and non-changeable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you book these fares.

In accordance with US DOT regulations, flights booked at least 7 days before departure may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the airfare and taxes. Our service fee is excluded from this provision unless the cancellation is due to our error.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are subject to the airline's applicable fare rules. We will notify you of any penalties or non-refundable amounts before processing the cancellation.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay your refund, result in your account being flagged, or complicate your airline refund. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide all booking records and communications to the card issuer.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and being permanently banned from our services.
