All bookings are initiated by telephone with one of our travel specialists. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email and e-ticket from us. Verbal confirmations alone do not constitute a completed reservation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all traveler names, dates, destinations, and other booking details are accurate and match official travel documents. Name corrections after ticketing may incur additional fees or require new ticket issuance at the passenger's expense.
Seat requests, meal preferences, and special assistance requirements are submitted to the airline on a request basis and are not guaranteed. Final seat assignments are at the airline's discretion.
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes containing your booking reference, itinerary, and e-ticket. Please check all details immediately and contact us within 24 hours if any information is incorrect.
All fares quoted are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change until payment is processed and the ticket is issued. Quoted fares are not guaranteed until full payment is received and a confirmed e-ticket is issued.
In addition to base airfare, our service fees, taxes, and carrier-imposed charges will be disclosed to you before payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount quoted for your booking. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. We are not obligated to honor prices that were published in error.
